procedurally generated maps, and ai generated content are super different things though!

A procedurally generated maps follows an algorithm that has either been created by your game engines developer, therefore is definitely licensed. Or has been made by yourself, also no rights problem.

ai generated content is the catch-all-word for anything using GPTs or Diffusors. Those are the ChatGPTs and the Midjourney and all that. Those aren't mere algorithms anymore and are vastly different from a for example noise-based map algorithm. The current debate and a multitude of legal actions are going on about the rightholders of generated content by GPTs and Diffusors.

To conclude: procedurally generated maps ≠ AI generated content
