I need more bank robbers to do research and understand that bank tellers are supposed to comply with you so you don't need to wave a gun around and scare people as a default. Please be considerate of people's feelings when robbing banks.

Also remember that people get caught because they get predictable. Ideally you never want to rob more than one bank, but if you do never rob more than one bank in the same state. If you use up all fifty states start stealing something else like cakes or livestock or judges.

Actually what you wanna' do is rob the same bank two days in a row. They will never expect this.

Edit: Also, you wanna' use one gun the first time and come back dual-wielding for the sequel.
