i'm going to explain the joke nowthis is a disco elysium meme. disco elysium is a murder mystery RPG. One of the features of the game is that the main character's emotions come alive and speak to him as though they were characters separate from him (like the shoulder angel/shoulder devil except there's like 16 of them). These intrusive thought-characters often make suggestions to the main character to do dangerous, absurd, or unwise things. However, never in the game does the main character interact with a bag of ice or a deep fryer. The joke of this meme is that this is something that would or could happen in disco elyisum. it is very characteristic of the game. understanding the joke is admittedly somewhat dependent on both having played the game and knowing what happens when you throw ice in boiling oil.
