Does anyone know if it's possible to have popups like this be changed by themes? (lemmy.ca)

Wondering if it's possible to have these types of popups be effected by themes, and if so, how to do it? Is it possible using Firefox Colour?

I'm so curious why you want to do that instead of just banish the dialog forever or change your default

Yup, I see those kinds of popups to rarely that they really don't impact me.
