I'm smart enough to know you're looking for a calculated estimate, yet dumb enough to add "I did it" for you to add to your count. Happy counting!
Who uses Google Play to install FOSS apps? F-droid is the way to go and it doesn't do the tracking that you need to do that kind of estimate. Also, there is essentially no need for apps when the browser version is so good.
