Fix for 3-4 second freezing every minute or two (mion.yosei.fi)

Came across this fix for an issue apparently a decent number of people with especially the i5-6600K are having where the game will freeze for a few seconds every couple of minutes. Get an app called Battle Encoder Shirase, run it, target starfield.exe, and set your CPU limit to -8%. I tried it out and didn't get a single freeze for the hour I played after testing!

I get CTDs every hour or so, I'm curious if messing with affinity would help there too....

I didn't ever have CTD, just the input lag / freeze. Depending on the number of cores you have might be worth testing. I have a 5900x, so dropping 4 threads out of 24 wasnt a big deal and definitely made a difference for me.
