  2. No screenshots from movies or games
  3. No AI art
  4. Depictions of artistic nudity are allowed
  5. Depictions of blood and violence are allowed
  6. Imagery of pornographic and sexual activity is not allowed
  7. Extreme gore is not allowed

I only recommend it if you like the original Sherlock Holmes character. IMHO it's the best modern adaptation.

Without that aspect, it's just another episodic (all episodes with the same structure) medical series. Although it has some hidden gems well above the average level of the whole series. My recommendations:

i did like the original holmes, although i must admit i haven't read them since i was very young. i didn't know it was similar to holmes though, that does bump it up the list (although i am currently watching through star trek, and there's a lot of that)
