I'm still not very far, but he has asked at least twice, maybe three times?
Extra warning in case the tags don't work for you: Late Act 1 Spoiler coming up

He'll stop asking after 3 times or near the end of Act 1 (whichever happens first) when Mystra "pauses" the whole thing to make him pretty much a kamikaze nuke who's supposed to detonate himself later in the gameWtf are you talking about?? I literally put all of it behind a spoiler tag labeled "late act 1 spoiler"!
Edit: just checked in a few other apps. While the spoiler tags don't work in all of them, the text WITHOUT the tag working invariably starts with the following:
You read that and didn't suspect there might be a spoiler coming? Really?
FYI: Spoiler tags don't work a lot of the time. Seems to depend on the instance/app you're browsing from.
Oh fuck, I didn't know that! I thought that since they worked perfectly on my end they would for everyone! 😫
