How to post a link to a lemmy community, without referring to a particular instance of that community on a particular Lemmy instance ? (lemmy.ml)

I just typed "!pic" and the list populated to autocomplete.

Without adding the instance, you can type pics and just hyperlink it to the address like this: c/pics

Does the same thing for some reason, none of the internal links work without messing around with them

Within your instance, go to search and paste these in one by one:

It may take a couple of searches and refreshing for it to sync with your instance (if it's not already). Then click their sidebar to sub.
