A furor erupted after Luis Rubiales kissed player Jennifer Hermoso at a ceremony. "It was an unacceptable gesture and Mr. Rubiales' apologies are not enough," the acting prime minister said.

Yes he should, in reality he won't, because pressing charges would probably end Jennifer Hermoso's career, and the crime happened in Australia, so not only would she need to deal with court case there, it's doubtful she could get the piece of shit to show up.
