I think Id swap the "i still dont care about cookies" with "consent-o-matic" to autodecline cookies and would add "ublock origin" (the second might help not load unecessary stuff)
These are my extentions:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/18115946/Mobile/Thanks for the reply. I'll try out your first suggestion. Btw, I use uBlock Origin, but it isn't visible in the list. Will edit in the post.
FWIW... That's Ublock Origin NOT from any browser's app store. ๐ค๐ผ
edit: if this is the first time you're hearing that "app stores" have modified all ad-blockers they offer to allow the ads they choose...you might be one of these moronic downvotes. ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ
that's some adblock plus shit, not uBO
they either installed some crappy copy like you said, or youtube had an anti-adblock update (that ublock devs patch very quickly) and they don't know what happened, so they made up a story about the browser's owner editing extensions in their addons page or whatever
You forgot your meds
I haven't seen an ad since the time I installed uBlock Origin from Firefox store.
Why's that? Does an organic, free-range unblock origin taste better?
Uh... Every app store has hobbled it to allow their own ads through, and then some. ๐คข
Where
The original project's github used to host it, but it's been a minute since I had to install fresh. I'm sure you can find it, though. Ain't hard, and the walk'd be good for ya. ๐ค๐ค๐ผ
Where does it unblock ads
what are you talking about?
What part is confusing, exactly?
what is a "browser app store"? do you mean the addons/extensions page?
what extension have you downloaded that made you think the browser's owner can edit the extensions? are you just making stuff up?
i've always used uBlock Origin in firefox and it never showed any ads except for youtube a couple of times because of anti-adblock updates from youtube, that were quickly patched by ublock!
