Imagining a version of Scubs where JD is the now a depressed war veteran with a tragic back story who can't stop murdering patients while yelling "MY WIIIIIFE!"
The character JD is based on (Roy Basch from The House of God) is a chainsmoking unipolar depressive whose arc consists of getting disillusioned with medicine and developing rules for practising like "The only good admission is a dead admission".
