Here's how I do it:

Grow mustache
Only shave with an electric shaver thats kind of old so you have permanent 5 o'clock shadow

That's it in two easy steps

This is correct, works great

Also let the beard grow out a little bit at times to add a touch of unhinge to the look if you can pull it off
