recommendations for lightweight waterproof work boots? (hexbear.net)

need some new boots, the hiking boots I got from costco split in half of the bottoms after 6 months of daily use. I dont need anything steel toe or super heavy doody but I do need something waterproof and durable. I drive a paratransit bus for work in the PNW so Im constantly getting out of the bus to help customers and it rains and is wet a lot.

I bought a pair of blundstone boots several years ago that were my daily shoe for at least two years. They're still great boots, but I now mostly only use them for yard work or wet weather. They're great!
