More importantly, how are you seeing their profile? When I click on their name the only thing I see is the single post you screenshotted
If I understand it correctly you have to look at their profile through their home instance
I'm not sure if the apps make it easier, the only one I've tried is Jerboa and for some reason it doesn't like my HB account shrugs
I looked it up through the HB search tab but it just shows that one post.

A) what they're gonna be reactionary about
B) how many comments it will take
