Please keep in mind that everyone has a different opinion. There is no such thing as the "best" character. There are just characters that more or fewer people like or dislike.

Until recently I would have said Joachim/Grand Papillon from Shadow Hearts Covenant, but I've been playing Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and Monoco has stolen my heart. Best boy.
