One of the craziest things for me was that, in the wake of Enies Lobby and Robin's debacle, they never sat down to talk about duress. "Hey, does anyone else have any reason they might be in duress? Btw I don't give a fuck who would try us. Also, if you are ever held in duress, say the phrase 'giant goldfish' and we'll play it cool."
