Curved upward, curved downward, C-shaped, straight, bigger base with narrow head, narrow base with larger head, smaller-than-average length and girth, shorter-than-average length and thick girth, average length and girth, larger than average length and girth, larger than average length and thin girth, skin color, circumcised, uncircumcised, hairy, smooth, veiny, freckled, shower, and grower, apparently. Which feels like a very flawed classification system to me, but the article was reviewed by Katherine Rotker, MD so I dunno, I'm not the expert.
This seems more like a list of a few different parameters to describe a penis. Based on that list would categorize those options (with number of choices) as: curve (3), shape (3), size (4), color (many), texture (hair, vein, 4), circumcised (2), and the shower/grower dichotomy (2). To me, this suggests way more than 20! Multiplying these together gives 3x3x4x4x2x2 = 576 different potential penis types, and that's not even taking into account color!
I think I could appreciate this better if it were arranged into a 6 dimensional graph. Can someone smarter than me please generate the penis attribute spectrum?
