With a likely increase of people here from Reddit, might be helpful to use this to offer a old.50501.chat domain so people have something familiar

Just a question: do you plan on customizing the UI of this instance? For reference, I am talking about implementing a custom CSS for the native Lemmy client. You can use this GitHub link to help you out: https://github.com/HrBingR/Lemmy_CSS/

That looks like not maintained anymore? I was looking at another front end.

I'm guessing that the maintainer feels like there's no longer an issue (it's CSS that you can implement to your server), so that means they're technically done fixing the bugs. Otherwise, it's not a bad idea to take a look at the Reddit inspired UI that you can host on Docker.

Reupload: I’m imagining a blue top bar with 50 white stars… Maybe that’s much, but that’s what comes to mind. I like the black background though.
