Just found it funny that he's trying so hard to paint Russia as the obviously most evil and fascist country and he plays the NATO apologism card (not in this post but he celebrated countries joining NATO as a response to the invasion of Ukraine), and the US just immediately hits him with the :i-am-adolf-hitler:
Also unrelated but god I love hexbear. It's nice being able to mention Russia without having to preface everything with a blanket condemnation of Russia's entire policy, living in western Europe is a freaking nightmare of freedom of speech.
the mainstream take in hungary is at least "soviets were just as bad as the nazis". this in spite of the fascists murdering hundreds of thousands of hungarians, and the soviets... not. and i dont think this is a new take, i bet it was the mainstream take even in the 80s, under a socialist government.
