With no clear sign of victory or capitulation on either side, Beijing may have more reason to push Moscow and Kyiv toward peace talks.

It's pretty simple, russia leaves occupied territories, releases all prisoners of war, pays restitution for the damages it has caused, surrenders war criminals for prosecution, and revokes for all time any claim on Ukrainian people and territory.
