You blocking a community does not impact anyone but you. I can't speak for the dbzer0 admin team, but I would be surprised to see them caring about this kind of personal decisions

You aren't expected to like AI to be a user here, matey. It's just something db0 is really into and has done some cool projects with, e.g. the AI Horde which is a community-powered AI image generator. But if you really hated piracy, this might not be the instance for you, lol.
And not to forget https://github.com/db0/fedi-safety ! AI is also helping keep the instance clean from CSAM and some other shit.

Exactly. I hate the corporate GenAI and the massive hype around it. I don't hate the tech itself and I consider the only ethical use of GenAI to be via FOSS licensing.
