China decided to limit exports of long-range civilian drones due to the war in Ukraine and apprehension over potential military adaptation of the drones on July 31, The Washington Post reported.

I've contacted people at DJI around a year ago, and they have officially stopped selling their drones to Ukraine and russia at that time. It didn't stop both countries from importing them through the third countries though
