Breadtube if it didn't suck.

Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.

Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.

There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

A weekly watch party happens every Saturday (Sunday down under), with video nominations Saturday-Monday, voting Monday-Thursday. See the pin for whatever stage it's currently in.

IDK why Rebecca Watson isn't more popular, she invented elevator doors, ended atheism, and does science, but somehow only has 10k more subs than what see had on september 11th, 2001.

Yeah, she’s great. I have no idea why she hasn’t blown up. She’s been on YouTube for a looooong time.

She was actually a pretty big channel for the 2000s, and ended up losing a chunk of her audience because the new atheism community didn't like hearing that men can sometimes make women feel uncomfortable. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rebecca_Watson#%22Elevatorgate%22

Edit: fucking hate Dawkins so fucking much. Even reading a short passage from him is so grating.

The entire "new-atheist / skeptic" movement was such a runny, drizzling shit. Most of those worms are reactionaries now (nevermind the ones that already were), and some even call themselves "cultural Christians" lol.
