I mean, who else would it be?

People supposed that maybe it was a Russian false flag but unlike typical Russian false flags the attack actually damaged the bridge.

If it were a false flag by Russia, it would have just been a big gasoline bomb with a bunch of cameras set up all around to make sure to capture it. Or they would have been even lazier and filmed themselves finding a 'bomb' and defusing it.

I think the point is that Ukraine, just like the rest of the world, was worried about russian "red lines". Nowadays it's just "yeah, we did it. What can you do about it now?"
