This was my first automatic watch, and my entry into the world of affordable watch collecting. I really like the high legibility of the dial and the slightly domed sapphire that curves the light just a bit

Can’t go wrong with a Hamilton! I have the all black day date and it’s one of my favorites.

I've got that one too. I do wish it had the red tipped second hand like this one, but the day complication is too cool.

I appreciate that you get these with bracelets, but mine lives on a rotation of NATO straps.
