Yah, but the askreddit mods had to remove stuff like this a lot. If you sorted by new there, you'd see a few of these an hour. Tons of other rule ignoring questions as well.

As shitty as that sub could be, the mods actually did a ton of work keeping it from being even worse.

I sorted by new over there more than a few times and I don't remember this kind of posts being as frequent (here it feels like it's over half of every one that pops into my fronypage), although I can see more strict and faster moderation being a factor, I also attribute this in part to this site culture.
