Hi fellow sailor!

i pay (i know, i know) for Spotify Premium and i would like to progressively build my self-hosted music collection leveraging the fact that i am a paying customer and i would hate if the pull songs under my rug over time.

Any good self-hostable approach here? Ideally, the flow would be:

• I listen to spotify on my mobile devices, add songs to playlists and such
• my self-host setup syncs those playlists … and download the songs using my paid for premium account from spotify itself
• Doesn’t really needs to be web-based, i can access my server anbd run anything CLI based or even plain old GUI (linux).

I don’t want fake solutions that use Google Music or Deezer to download, i pay spotify and expect somehow to be able to download 320Kbps music from it.

The overall process can be manual, but better automated.

I already have lidarr, but it’s basically impossible to download the same music from it, at least not the music i listen to.

A viable workaround could be something that builds by spotify playlists using what music i have downloaded with lidarr, maybe notifying me what is missing…

EDIT: it seems i found a solution. Using Spotizerr let's you download music using spotify directly. I have setup it, linked to spitify (and not to Deezer, to be sure) and it seems that's downloading hi-res OGG files directly from spotify! Will write a wiki page on how i did it later on.

Not only Stremio, I heard there are other apps that do the same thing Stremio does, which is only leech and not seed.

From my research, the suggestions I found were :

• Disable DHT
• Use blocklists (I am also looking for suggestions, currently considering using this one)

There were also suggestions to block by PeerID, however Stremio generates a spoofed PeerID.

I also learned that Stremio only works if the tracker allows magnet links, but this doesn't seem something actionable on the peer level.

Is there anything else I am missing?

On southparkuncensored.com I provided the banned/censored South Park episodes, previously using MEGA before they were removed due to Paramount copyright takedown requests.

Now I'm looking for non DMCA compliant alternative hosting platforms that support streaming/embedding and don't use ads. I'm willing to pay.

I have something very strange happening. I have a seedbox and I did a manual search/download from Radarr, which initiates the download in qBittorrent as expected. The file begins downloading, and at some point before completion it just disappears completely. The qbit logs just say "torrent removed" without further explanation. I do have qbit set to remove torrents after they hit a defined ratio, but that definitely isn't happening here. Anyone seen this behavior before?

I guess it would have been >5 years ago when I found a wonderful site filled with ttrpg books. Then, one day, it just disappeared. I've been looking for it ever since; however, every link is dead. Does anybody here have an idea to as to where it went? It have some really good obscure games that not even torrents had.

I know how to stream any sports I want from a webpage; finding sites to do so isn’t difficult.

I want to be able to use an xml file or something similar to be able to use the live tv function of my jellyfin server to stream live sports (mlb, nfl, champion’s league, etc). Is there such a resource out there will be able to enable this?

Anyone with an account on The Pirate Bay that would upload my torrents?

God of war III (USA) (1.00) (BCUS98111) is not working on RPCS3. While the EU version works just fine.

(AFAIK, EU version is censored lot of scences, which I don't want)

I downloaded USA iso from Redump (myrient). I downloaded EU version from Gnarly Repacks.

I also updated the game to 1.03, still stops at cache compilation.

Can somebody help?

. . . and I guess it said this somewhere (though not explicity), but after paying $22.89 for a 20-track album, I'm only allowed to download like 11 of the 20 tracks for rights reasons. What complete and utter bullshit. Caveat emptor. Anyone know how I can pull the flac files off the Qobuz player? Grrr.

I just find some website who transform torrent and usenet link into direct link and can use without subscription : boby.sh can download 200mb/h, it's not much but it can help some folks in strict countries. if you good at linux better using seedbox lol.
