Resumindo: Meti um sofá á venda. Um bom sofá, com chaise longer, 3 lugares que novo deve custar 600€ e meti á venda por 150€. Ele já tem marcas de uso que meti em fotos. Até aqui tudo bem. Marquem com um interessado que veio ver o sofá com uma outra pessoa. No final não quiseram o sofá (marcas de uso)Tudo ok. Mas fiquei com a pulga atrás da orelha com algumas atitudes fora o negócio em si.

Primeiro, assim que entraram perguntaram logo se eu tinha cães no jardim.

Reparei que miraram a casa por fora(até mencionaram o bonito espaço que tenho).

Não tentaram negociar o preço.

Não me pareceram pessoal de mal mas fiquei apreensivo que até tirei a matrícula da carrinha. Acho que estou a ficar paranóico.

Boa tarde, queria opiniões. Eu tinha um artigo venda, e alguém mandou mensagem a sugerir uma troca por outro artigo que por acaso já queria comprar antes.

Então aceitei, e como a outra pessoa queria aquilo para o dia, ainda no mesmo dia da mensagem, fui até a pessoa para fazer a troca ( 2h de viagem ir + voltar).

Passado uma semana a pessoa quer reverter a troca e ainda quer que vá lá, ou então quer devolver o artigo e que eu lhe pague (acima do valor que outras pessoas pedem pelo mesmo artigo).

Edit: quero adicionar que eu estou feliz com a troca porque me livrei do que queria vender e ainda trouxe para casa algo que eu já queria antes.

E acho que é preciso ter lata para depois do jeito que dei, agora querer que faça a viagem outra vez para reverter o negócio, ele pode simplesmente meter a venda o que tem agora.
