Would I be able to login to a fedibb account through a lemmy app even if it’s frontend is phpbb?

i think the federation is not quite working properly here and the posts are not syncing with the other lemmy instances. i wonder if its a quirk of this lemmy instance, or if it somehow is just because there arent many people on this instance and it would work like this on an ordinary lemmy instance

anyways i like the emojis this one has. it also reminds me of some forum sites i've seen before
