This is a casual competition. Post a screenshot of your best time for the original game settings of size= 6.
The following is a normalization credit that will be applied to different levels in an attempt to equalize the various levels:

These values are obviously tentative and a baseline until more data is available or someone has a better grasp of the math and can explain it to me. Again, this is casual and just for fun.

Gauguin has become my favorite general down time game. I've never tried to be competitive or anything. This is just for kicks and giggles. Share if ya care. Who knows, maybe I'm the only one playing this around here.
I use a puzzle game to gauge my pain levels and cognitive function in ways I cannot detect directly. It is a physical disability thing. I played Sudoku a lot more in the past but Gauguin has become a more recent favorite. When I'm at my best, most puzzles are under 2 minutes 30 seconds with a few exceptions. My fastest time so far is 1:29. Anything faster is hacking and you'll never convince me otherwise /s
