I don't think this is how it is supposed to work.

Got an old bike that has this piece in between the crankset and the frame. It’s very loose and keeps rolling around and getting in the way of the chain when I pedal. How can I remove it or make it stay fixed in one place?

So here in Indy there's a huge bike ride on the second Friday of every month. I've been going for a little while now and it's always a great time! I think the last ride had like 600+ in attendance.
It's a chill party cruise and not a cycling "group ride".

There is a local tradition in Switzerland, and some parts of eastern France and southern Germany where roads are given to cyclists for a "slow up". Cars are banned on the route. Tens of thousands of people are on the road, there are local festivities, music, food stands and drinks and it's a really good time for everybody.

If you ride in during the summer (who doesn't???), there may be times when you're putting bug repellent spray on.

DEET-based products harm synthetic fabric, so opt for a DEET-free bug spray if you don't want any surprises.

I've used picaridin-based products, and they seem to work as good, if not better, than DEET.

That's like saying "I'm pro-life and anti-gun control".

Oh. Wait.

Edit: Guy confirmed that he is, indeed, pro-life and anti-gun control.

Thank to this toot i discovered that you can add custmo maaping styles to OsmAnd, and some smart guys made the effort to write some for particular cases.

It looks nice:

OsmAnd is an open source offline mapping app for Android. It allows for a lot of customization, and has advanced modes to edit gpx paths, analyze them, filter POIs etx.

Took me a sec to see the vision, but after reading I agree it could be a really useful idea.

Combining this with accelerometer data (road quality) and sound could make for a pretty good scoring system.

I bought used bike with expired warranty Pinion gearbox C1.12 I want to get Pinion Care Repair program https://pinion.eu/en/pinion-care/#care%20 but can't find a dealer who can provide a service for me. I can deliver gearbox separately or I can visit Germany for this reason, but I want to get confirmation from the dealer beforehand.

Please share any ideas, Thanks

Upd: I've asked around 10 companies from Berlin and I got one not clear replay. Do you know anyone more supportive to get service?
