Assuming you're in a dry environment, it is probably okay.
It does have a certain vibe to it, I could see a naked brick wall being used for an arts and crafts workshop kinda room.
Like in the post itself, some green plants to contrast the red brick, a picture frame here and there, and this looks lovely
More to the point, what is with that god awful mortar work? Puts brickies to shame xD
