Last time I stayed at an Airbnb we were shooting off fireworks and one of the grandpas set a deep fryer on fire in the back yard. We received a phone call telling us we had to leave and someone was yelling back at him on the phone about eviction law and we managed to stay even though there was a sizable patch of charred grass in his rear lawn
