I can't be bothered to recall names of any of the social media apps after Snapchat. I know they are many and more popular than it was and I do know their names but when talking about them with younger people I just call them all Snapchat. Tinder, insta, twitter, grinder, anything else they are all Snapchat to me because I don't care.
Snapchat is the one I refuse to install again after briefly trying it out. It's such a gross app, everyone just uses it for cheating on their relationships or monitoring people's locations like stalkers. Even when people talk about stuff on Snapchat the conversation is just so offensive to me. Why are you casually stalking everyone you know? Why is it so important to leave no evidence of your conversations? Fuck Snapchat.
Funny enough the only person my age that I knew that used it was cheating on his wife with his kids nanny who he chatted with on Snapchat.
I can't think of any other reason people need their conversations to disappear beyond the nefarious.
