I'm not talking sneezing... I work with sweet old Christian ladies and often get "God bless you, dear" as a phrase of gratitude. I'm not Christian, but I appreciate the gesture. I've never learned how to respond. I feel awkward saying nothing. Do you say "thank you"? "You're welcome"? "Amen"? "And you, too"?
