I think Wikicommons accepts this style of pic, but you have to know all the legal rights and such about it when you upload, and many of these style of pictures are from books that aren't free use. I have no idea where this pic even came from.

On closer look, there is a copy right claim by David Thomas (not very clear) at the lower right corner.
