These people miss that introversion is just how people recharge. Some people recharge from being in a quiet, familiar place surrounded by comforting things and others do so at concerts and social gatherings. It's not really about the other eight hours of your day...
Also, "I have to drive a little farther to meet with my friends" is an interesting read on how this whole country is designed with next to no public transportation, walkable cities, or central planning.
