I've been sober for a few months, and I've been on my own as well, trying to stay out of trouble.
Buy I can't help but wonder, no matter what state I live in, who I meet, free drugs just end up in front of me, and opportunities to do shady shit just run into me. Whether my dealer thinks I'm chill, or friends think I'm cool enough to share with, parties, etc...it's almost impossible to avoid! (Not impossible to resist, but it makes it harder for sure)
I never ACTIVELY seek it out, but I also tend to go with the flow of life.
Tldr: anyone else surprised just how often free drugs are thrown around?
