Script to automatically pick a comment sorting option? (self.plugins)

Does there exist a script that can automatically set comments to be sorted by top, or any setting other than hot? Getting a bit annoying to have to set comments to be sorted by top for every post every time. I opened an issue about it on the github, but got no response. I assume it's considered low priority right about now.
