Falconer Juan Bernabé shared the images on his private social media accounts after undergoing surgery for a penile implant, which he said was for non-medical reasons. [...]

Bernabè said he had no regrets about sharing the images.

Lazio suspended Bernabè in 2021 when he was filmed performing a fascist salute at the end of a match and chanting "Duce, Duce," which was the name used to praise former fascist Italian leader Benito Mussolini.

"I admire him so much," Bernabè added in Monday's radio interview.

to be clear, some hoggo-italiano does a fascist salute and praises Mussolini: suspension.

then he posts hog 3 years later and gets fired.

also his hog was recently the recipient of a non-medical implant, which yeah OK... I'd be curious in a "oh shit a train derailed over there" sort of way.

there were a few developments in the story like that he wasn't an employee, but a contractor. Also that he was maybe? living at the training ground and refused to leave it.

Also that the falconer was a club mascot that worked with children, which is why him showing his penis on social media was such a big no no in the first place, according to the club president, who then proceeded to read out the falconer's contract on Italian radio. Also the doctor that performed the transplant tried to use this guy for self promotion and was the club urologist I think? But not employed by the club directly. So the doctor also got fired, but not really fired because he didn't have a direct contract with the club.

The story just has so many layers..

Birds of Prey (Eagles, Hawks, Owls) are Reactionary in nature

New struggle session just dropped.

I'm on the side of the birds of prey, to be clear. Falcons are cool. So fast, fulfil an important role in modern ecosystems, especially with pigeon populations exploding in cities. And so are eagles. Some eagles are so specialised that they've evolved to exclusively hunt just one prey animal. Yes they can eat other animals, but they evolved adaptations to hunt one specific animal. I find that interesting.

The full name of Lazio is SS Lazio btw (and im not making this up) also it's a common stereotype in Italy that Lazio fans are fascists/far right (and in this case the stereotype is mostly true).

This was their logo 80 years ago btw.
