Well in my 30s and I only recently discovered that you are supposed to brush your teeth, then spit out the toothpaste NOT rinse it out with water 🤯

Seems I've been doing it wrong my whole life.

Apparently, after brushing you spit instead of rinsing to keep as much toothpaste as possible on your teeth so that the flouride can help prevent tooth decay.

Who else has been rinsing their entire lives? I'm curious.
