Having watched all of One Piece so far, I can confirm that Luffy would 100% punch a Nazi senseless (he basically does a few times).
He'll also help liberate your society if you give him some meat.

You don't watch One Piece in public because of a hot guy. I don't because Oda is a freak and I don't want someone to glance on my phone seeing tiddies the size of dinnerplates.

That kind of self judgement will leave someone really sore in life. Imagine thinking someone sharing your interests is too childish too be someone you're interested in.
