Looks great! I just had a very disappointing black bean burger out at a restaurant the other day. Might need to give Kenji's recipe a try.

What kind of buns did you use?

These are brioche buns, I unfortunately didn't do home made buns - as I usually do - for these burgers, since it was a week day.
