So glad this is now available, been hesitant to try out Lemmy but glad I finally took the leap

Setting posts to be lists and the thumbnail to the right causes the posts to be completely screwy with thumbnails both on the left, right, and non-existent.

does a purchase simply hide the ads or do they still run in the background, collecting data and tracking and draining battery?

I read in another post, that the ad library is not initialized anymore after purchasing ad-free. So no, it's not just out of sight, but really not running in the background anymore. Can't confirm if it's true, but it makes sense and would be correct approach by the dev.

So much more costs now? With a free platform and a app that's alredy been made, just modified?. 32dollars for lifetime... hmmmm...
