It's a bold and striking artistic decision. Hopefully the game is as compelling as it looks!
Really enjoy the aesthetic direction... unfortunately the other game recently that tried to emulate an 80s/90s cartoon aesthetic was a bit of a flop, so I'll reserve judgement until some reviews are available...
Thank you for the reminder that this game exists! I don't remember when or where I saw it, but it's a shame on how badly it was received. It makes me want to have a Claw remake, considering I never managed to beat it within a span of 30 minutes during grade school.
