Unfortunately, I believe so. I've definitely met people dumb and apologist enough to say it, but this is the internet, where nothing is certain and everyone is a dog behind the keyboard.
Some people really think that black people are like cats and dogs, and if white people didn't give em a job and something to eat, they'd just wander around in rags.
Probably doesn't help that for generations they were denied home ownership, fair jobs, and solicitation of businesses that white people operated.
I can't imagine exactly what the fuck must be so deeply broken inside a person to post some absolute dogshit like this and think anything they said is even remotely OK.
Lemme help you: try drinking at least 3 litres of hard liquor a day for a few years, and bang your head as hard as you can against a rock until you pass out a few times a day.
After culling those pesky braincells, you too can forsake logic.
