Russian authorities said the attack was the latest Ukrainian drone strike on the Russian capital the day after a Russian rocket damaged Ukraine’s biggest Orthodox cathedral in Odesa.

Russia’s Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova condemned the strike and extended blame to Kyiv’s Western backers. “It’s an act of international terrorism,” she said.
