They mention recoiless and EAT being able to single shot chargers. I assume this goes for mech rockets as well becuase last I heard they were almost identical to EAT.
They have, in my experience, a slightly lower damage, or it's just harder to hit the sweetspot.
Yea, seems it's still best to hit a front leg to strip armor and hit it with a couple seconds of mini gun.
