It's a $50 bootleg shirt of the psychedelic rock band King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, who recently released their 4th album in less than 9 months, a progressive thrash metal EP named "PetroDragonic Apocalypse; or, Dawn of Eternal Night: An Annihilation of Planet Earth and the Beginning of Merciless Damnation"

I'm not being sarcastic, should definitely check them out.
